文藻螺絲釘USR團隊即將於暑假展開國際服務計畫，這次鎖定赴馬來西亞的最大州─沙勞越（Sarawak），該地區也常被稱「東馬」。為了選出有服務熱忱且具良好英語能力的國際志工，本團隊特別於3月5日舉辦甄選面試大會，全程以英語進行，展現學生的外語表達力與應變能力。

此次擔任評審的3位老師分別為林虹秀老師、藍美華老師，以及張純華老師。面試過程中，當評審詢問為何選擇擔任國際志工時，每位面試者皆表達自己對指導國際學生課業的熱忱。而談及對未來教學規劃時，面試者亦侃侃而談，積極闡述自己擅長的教學法，期待與大馬學生建立深厚情誼，為國際社會盡一份心力。

The Wenzao Screw USR Team is set to launch an international service program during the summer break, targeting Sarawak, the largest state in Malaysia, which is often referred to as “East Malaysia.” To select international volunteers who are passionate about service and possess strong English proficiency, the team held a selection interview on March 5, 2025. The entire interview was conducted in English, showcasing the students’ foreign language communication skills and adaptability.

The panel of judges for this interview consisted of three teachers: Prof. Eileen Lin, Prof. Emma Lan, and Prof. Deborah Zhang. During the interview, when asked why they chose to become international volunteers, each candidate expressed their enthusiasm for guiding international students in their studies. When discussing their future teaching plans, the candidates spoke confidently, actively elaborating on their preferred teaching methods. They expressed their eagerness to build strong bonds with Malaysian students and contribute to the international community.
