文藻外語大學「溫暖白色巨塔的小螺絲釘-文藻國際志工共創就醫無障礙」，USR社會實踐計畫，2018年執行至今已經是第二期的第五個年頭了。然2020年起，一場疫情讓全球面臨了前所未有的挑戰，為了應對這樣的情況，文藻小螺絲釘們採取更加積極的應對策略，因為我們深信，危機就是轉機。
Wenzao Healthcare Communication—University Social Responsibility has started its fifth year of the second term. Starting from 2020, the globe faces unprecedented threats from a pandemic. To cope with the situation, volunteers have adopted new strategies because we do believe that there is an opportunity in every crisis.
