11月2日晚間9點，美國UTD(University of Texas at Dallas )大學Inter-NET計畫發起人Lima 及Deena，邀請WHC-USR團隊翁一珍老師、孫韵芳老師、徐慧韻老師、計畫主持人廖俊芳老師、助理林思如及李世國，加上崇她社社長蔡宇庭同學，共同探討攜手合作的可能性。

來自美國UTD大學的Ilma，目前是學生團體GBO (Global Business Organization)的主席。此次邀請文藻WHC-USR團隊共同探討如何攜手合作，共同達成我們的理想，善盡大學社會責任，並發揮社會影響力。此次GBO發起的 Inter-NET計畫旨在串連跨國界、跨大學之社群，並經由專案分享報告，期望最終能建構一個永續組織，協助學生成員於個人職業生涯中能有國際公民參與發展。

文藻外語大學WHC-USR計畫長期關注於消彌跨國醫療溝通的障礙，在國際合作具有相當豐富的經驗。期望透過此次合作，WHC-USR能傳承國際合作的經驗，由師長的層級，期待向下延伸至以學生團體崇她社為主要操作者。不只是USR經驗的傳授，亦期待與國際夥伴發展長期合作關係，共達永續發展SDGs的最終目標。

U.S. and Taiwan Universities opt for international collaboration for SDG By Amos Lee & Jean Chiu

Ilma Zamurad and Deena Anwar, the initiators of the Inter-NET project at University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), hosted an overseas meeting with the WHC-USR team coordinator Dr. Melody Liao, Dr. Janet Weng, Dr. Janny Sun, Dr. Elodie Xu, with the local student Leader of Zonta Club Yuting Tsai to discuss the possibility of working together for Sustainable Development collaboration at 9 pm on November 2, 2021 Taipei time.

Zamurad from UTD is currently the chairperson of the student body Global Business Organization (GBO). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss how to collaborate to achieve Sustainable Development Goals and to fulfill the University’s Social Responsibilities, in order to impact the society. The Inter-NET project initiated by GBO aims to connect communities across borders and universities, and share reports through the project, to build sustainable organizations to help members develop SDG in their personal and professional careers eventually.

The WHC-USR project of Wenzao University of Foreign Languages has attempted to eliminate barriers to transnational medical assistance and services, with rich experience in international partnerships. Through this cooperation, WHC-USR can extend the international cooperation from faculty level to student level by student group Zonta Club as the main source of collaboration. This will further broaden the USR experience and long-term partnerships to achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable development.
