新學期立德英語課輔志工計畫：從線下轉線上，客製化教學內容(撰寫人：翁一珍老師、邱怡靜老師)

接續上學期因疫情來搗亂的立德國中英語課輔志工計畫，新學期開始，文藻小螺絲們持續著一貫的熱情與專業，今年決定轉為線上教學，採用新的合作方式，繼續實踐文藻對立德的承諾。這次的英文課輔除了上課模式不同外，最大的特色是改以一對一教學，每一位立德學生都有專屬的英文課輔老師，希望能因應不同學生的個別差異與英文程度，打造客製化的教學內容；另外，預計嘗試加入衛教中英口譯員體驗，讓立德國中的學生了解醫病溝通時語言的重要性。九月二十九日舉辦了第一次線上相見歡，文藻USR小螺絲釘團隊由計畫總主持人廖俊芳老師、協同主持人翁一珍老師、王慧娟老師、周則銘老師等人，帶著10位大學教育志工參加；立德國中方面則由校長洪瑞鍇親自率領陳佳文組長、林維哲主任及立德國中的學生們上線。會中，洪校長以感性的口吻說，感謝文藻USR師生的用心，希望立德學生們在大哥哥大姊姊的陪伴下，能不斷的進步與成長，更期待此合作可以長長久久。為了讓新學期線上英語教學可以順利進行，文藻團隊日前也特別訂製了專業的耳機，由周則銘老師專程送到立德國中，這也是此次合作的第一次線下見面。期待疫情能夠盡快過去，雙方在學期結束前，可以再度實體相見。

Wenzao USR launches offline-online customized English Volunteer Program for Lide Junior High School By Janet Weng and Jean Chiu

Wenzao USR struck the new semester with tailor-made one-on-one online medical English Volunteer Program with passion and profession for individual proficiency differences in English for Lide Junior High School, despite the Covid-19 constraints.

USR leader Dr. Melody Laio, coordinator Dr. Janet Weng, along with Dr. Frances Wang, Dr. Peter Chou and 10 Wenzao volunteer students launched an online home-return meeting, with Lide Principal Ruikai Hung, Section Head Chia-wen Chen, Director Wei-chen Lin and the students in Lide Junior High School on September 29th, 2021. Principal Hung delivered his thanksgiving for Wenzaorians’ efforts and long-term development for students’ English improvement by this program. .. From the new semester onwards, the English language education is going to be carried out online, with the earphones physically transported by Dr. Peter Chou. Wenzao USR group members hope the arrival of the earphones can help enhance the online collaborative efforts before face-to-face encounter in the near future again.
