小螺絲釘USR教師社群 久違啦！  教育部蔡清華政務次長有豐富的學術歷程及行政經歷，這次我們有幸能邀請他來和大家面對面分享。可以讓我們從多面向與蔡次長一起探討台灣及國際教育界的差異及優劣,機會甚是難得。 蔡次長常說：「世界很少有一個國家像台灣一樣，能吸引如此優秀的人才投入教育工作。因此我對台灣的教師非常有信心！他們絕對可以找出最適合各階段學生學習型態的線上教學模式！而同學也可藉此機會，調整自己的學習節奏，探索自己的興趣與性向。」讓學生更了解多元文化的觀點與思維，擁有國際教育的素養，進而培養解決問題的能力！

雙語國家計畫可說是臺灣近年來最受矚目的教育政策之一，蔡政次長表示學習英文並非為了考試，而是著重在聽、說能力，國家將建置中小學友善的雙語學習環境，除英語科老師外，亦積極培養各科老師以雙語教授學科知識的能力。惟有本國培養的師資，最了解臺灣文化、環境，並能融入雙語教學。

蔡次長自己也曾長期在師培體系任教，深知教學現場教師的教學付出與辛勞，但也期待老師能因應時代潮流，與時俱進的升級。透過社群的專業共學，讓教學更輕鬆更專業。教育改革與教育精進，最終還是必須靠我們的師資才能實現。

With abundant academic and administration experiences, Dr. Ching-hwa Tsai, our dear friend and Political Deputy Minister of MOE will come back to Wenzao for a great sharing on the topic of the differences and comparison on merits of education between Taiwan and other nations. Dr. Tsai often reminds teachers and students that Taiwan has been so unique as to attract talents to engage in education. Through learning cultural diversity at proper pace and learning modes, students will acquire competence and develop problem-solving ability in terms of global education. The 2030 Bilingual Nation Policy has been one of the most important mission of education in Taiwan in recent years. The learning of English are not targeted on test results but listening and speaking abilities. In addition to teachers of English, teachers of other subjects in elementary and high schools will be trained to conduct their instruction bilingually, i.e. local teachers will mix Taiwanese culture, environment issues, etc. into their teaching in English. Dr. Tsai has been deeply involved in the teacher training for years and understands well the workload and contributions of the teachers. Only by meeting to the international trend, especially through the collaboration of teachers in learning communities and networks will we be able to aspire and improve together to fulfill the education reform and innovation in the hands of the indigenous teaching workforce.(thumbs up)(thumbs up)
