一開始，廖俊芳老師先鼓勵大家一起為台灣疫情打氣加油，感謝防疫前線的行政、醫療人員們，更鼓勵同學們掌握我們能做的事(例如保有正向能量、不輕易當防疫破口等)，祈願全球疫情能盡早穩定！

翁一珍老師接著報告反思慶賀報告比賽的技巧與規則。因應疫情，文藻決定採取遠距教學直到期末，因此原定6/5的期末慶賀報告比賽便更改到6/16以線上方式進行。翁老師也帶著大家一一檢查測試電腦設備的功能，Teams的使用方式(例如螢幕背景設定、麥克風、視訊鏡頭、聊天視窗等等測試)。

也趁此機會教育學生們報告比賽要注意的項目:如光源；報告者在鏡頭裡的位置(臉不得太靠近螢幕，會給人壓力)；Make eyes contact(眼睛保持看著鏡頭)！加分的小訣竅是以說故事，藉由服務中的小故事去打動、溫暖他人。即使是在家線上教學，也要穿著正式整潔參加比賽，不可以穿睡衣出席，穿著妥當能增加演講者自信心，表現也能發揮得更好。

老師希望學生們進入社會後，勢必也會遇到線上方式開會，老師在此叮嚀學生注意這些細節，更能在職場上給人好的印象。結尾可以總結今天報告的關鍵訊息，並告訴觀眾未來的執行規劃。

廖俊芳老師也感謝翁一珍老師的分享，線上報告不僅是當今趨勢，已經是職場上必備技能，尤其如何透過線上會議與他人合作更是重要。鼓勵同學們藉著這個跨系、跨領域及跨學程的課程多欣賞自己的團隊成員，提供自己的專業與時間，與他人互助成為彼此最棒的夥伴。

林建勳老師接著為小螺絲釘們帶來反思的實踐思考，如何針對事情做反思?分享自身反思的經驗，也替我們加深、加廣，期待小螺絲釘們能加以運用，拿出最好的表現。課程最後，課程助理李世國也分享了去年反思慶賀比賽的前三名，並且再次叮嚀同學們比賽的須知，鼓勵學生們踴躍製作，讓大家看到精采的成果，也為自己這學期的服務課程做個完美的結尾。

Before the meeting started, teacher Melody Liao encouraged everyone to cheer for the Taiwan epidemic. Thanks to the administrative and medical personnel on the frontline of the epidemic prevention, and telling the students what we can do now (such as maintaining positive energy, follow the epidemic prevention mandates, etc.) We look forward to the stabilization of the epidemic as soon as possible.

At the beginning of the class, teacher Janet Weng then told the students of Wenzao USR WHC to reflect on the techniques and rules of the competition for the celebration. Due to the epidemic situation, Wenzao also adopted online teaching until the end of the semester. Therefore, the reflection celebration report competition originally scheduled for 6/5 was changed to 6/16 to be conducted online (Teams). Teacher Weng also helped everyone to check and test the functions of the computer equipment and the use of Teams (such as screen background settings, microphones, video cameras, chat windows, etc.).

The teacher also took this opportunity to educate the students on the items to be noted in the competition, including (1) Light source; (2) The position of the reporter in the lens (the face should not be too close to the screen, it will give people pressure); and (3) Making eye contact (eyes keep looking at the camera).The little trick to add points is to tell stories. Use stories from the service to impress people and warm others. Even if we are online learning at home, we must dress formally and neatly to participate in the competition, and do not attend wearing pajamas.

Research has shown that proper dressing can increase the speaker’s confidence and perform better. Teacher Janet Weng believes that after students enter the society, they will inevitably encounter online meetings. The teacher urges students to pay attention to these details, which can give people a better impression in the workplace. At the end, students can summarize the key messages of today’s report and tell the audience their future implementation plans.

Next, Teacher Melody Liao also thanked Teacher Janet Weng for sharing. Online reporting is not only a current trend, it is already an indispensable skill in the workplace, especially how to cooperate with others through online meetings is even more important. The teacher encourages students to appreciate their team members more through this cross-department, cross-field and cross-study course, provide their own profession and time, and help each other be the best partners for each other.

Teacher Lin Chien-Hsun introduced the students of Wenzao USR WHC practical reflective thinking. How to reflect on things? He shared his own reflection experience and deepened and broadened it for us. He expects that the students of Wenzao USR WHC can use what they have learned in class to show the best performance.

At the end of the class, course assistants Jollis Lin and Amos shared the reflection of the top three winners in the celebration competition last year, and once again reminded the students about what they need to do for the competition. They encouraged the students to actively produce, so that everyone can see the brilliant results, and also make a perfect end to the students of Wenzao USR WHC service course this semester.
