今天台東大學的譚昌國教授來分享如何做服務學習反思，譚教授豐富的服務學習經驗，透過理論以及實務經驗的分享，讓我們能夠更加掌握連結服務與學習，藉由反思讓每一次的服務與學習有更深刻的收穫。

譚教授利用一則微電影的內容，帶學生練習4F的反思：觀察Facts、感受Feeling、發現Findings、將來Future，由四人小組進行討論與分享。這個反思工作坊很有趣，以撲克牌的四個花色來代表4F，小組成員隨機抽牌進行影片觀後的交流。方塊代表觀察，觀察經驗中的多方面事實，然後以不同的角度來陳述事件和這個經驗。紅心代表感受，以個人的感覺和情緒去感受所經驗的事件。黑桃代表發現，從經驗的過程去尋找事情的原因、解釋與判斷，目的是為了總結出經驗對個人或群體所帶來的意義。梅花代表將來，意味著多項度的前瞻思考，轉化經驗並應用到未來的生活中，形成一個行動方案或是學習的計劃。

同學們透過這樣的練習，就能夠比較清楚地掌握反思的脈絡，而運用到正在做的醫療服務志工的場域上。我們希望透過服務學習的課程，讓同學們能夠在服務中獲得生命成長的快樂，也從服務中能夠反思與學習，得到有效的經驗，進而改變自己對看事情、看世界、看自己的方式。將這樣的經驗也能夠連結到未來的職涯規劃與生涯的發展上，不僅從服務中茁壯自己的能量，更能夠持續地以服務學習來圓滿生命的意義！

Today Prof. Chang-Guo Tan of National Taitung University arrived at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages to deliver his expertise of doing reflection on service learning. His rich experience in both theory and practice helped students to connect their learning with the service and to delve deeply for a harvest through each reflection.

By showing a micro-film, Prof. Tan led students in groups of four for communication to practice 4F, namely observing FACTS, expressing FEELINGS, discovering FINDINGS, and anticipating a FUTURE. In the workshop, every group member drew a playing card with patterns that symbolize four different approaches: diamonds for observation of the event and facts narrated from different points of view, hearts for personal feelings and emotions over the event, spades for discovery of causes, interpretation, and judgement in order to conclude on the significance of the event at individual or collective level, and clubs for critical thinking and anticipation to transform experience from the event into future application in life, thus forming an agenda or an action plan in service learning.

Through such practice, students are able to master clearly their development out of reflection and to apply the acquisition to medical volunteering sites. We expect to see students earn happiness in their growth, and that with reflection and effective learning they are able to change attitudes towards events, the world, and themselves. Hopefully, the experience of reflection will link to career planning of their future and they will be able to enhance their strengths and continue to fulfill their life with significance out of service learning.
