專業服務新篇章-當文藻學生遇見義大外籍醫學生（2020/10 By Finn & 翁一珍)

10/14(三)下午迎來第一次文藻外語大學的18位學生與義守大學的6位外籍學生在義大醫院舉辦了翹首期盼的相見歡。首次相見歡是深碗課程規畫的一部分，也是雙方整個合作新篇章的開始。非常感謝百忙中撥空代表前來參與的吳佩玲主治醫師、陳利旻主治醫師、周佩儒住院醫師以及陳怡玟住院醫師，大家開心的合照並由周則銘老師頒發感謝狀給義大協助的小兒科醫師們。看到學生之間的交流，也讓雙方留下更多未來合作的想像空間。
此外，在本學期深碗課程中，期待學生不僅可以在課堂上學到專業知識，還通過服務場域實踐獲得寶貴的經驗。在這次相見歡中，一開始讓雙方學生們自我介紹互相認識來打破陌生的氛圍，再來由翁一珍老師以及周則銘老師詳細說明合作內容，並讓學生們開始初步討論。希望藉由這次合作結合義守大學外籍實習醫生的醫療保健與衛教知識文藻外語大學學生的外語專業能力，共同為兒科的兒童患者、病患家屬與他們的家長們，帶來歡樂又印象深刻的衛教知識。
此次的衛教內容會包括不同主題如：流感 ，腸病毒，腸胃炎，氣喘等等。這次討論中，我們也了解到，兒科病患者是最容易受到病毒傳染的影響，進而引發很多疾病。因此，兩所大學的教授及醫師們為有效的培訓學生們，提供更好的服務給兒科的小病患們，也使學生們能藉由服務經驗提升個人就業能力，特別於課程規劃中運用不同領域的專業教學方法，文藻學生未來也將繼續與義守大學的外籍醫學生進行跨文化的衛教合作討論。

(2020/10 By Finn & 翁一珍) On last Wednesday (Oct 14th), 18 Wenzao students and 6 foreign medical interns from I-Shou University had their first meetup event held at E-Da hospital. This meeting is a part of our International Service Learning and Leadership course at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, and also the beginning of a new chapter in the entire cooperation between two parties. We were grateful to receive a warm welcome from Dr. Wu Peiling, Dr. Chen Limin, Dr. Zhou Peiru and Dr. Chen Yiwen. Even though they were busy with their professions, they still spared some times to join the meeting and exchange ideas and discuss with students about future vision of this cooperation. The atmosphere was really cozy. We took group photos and Wenzao University issued certificate of appreciation to them.

The International Service- Learning and Leadership course of Wenzao University in which students not only study in the classroom but also gain valuable experience through practical practice. During the meeting, students had a chance to get to know each other through an ice-breaking activity. Then, professor Janet Weng and professor Peter Chou explained in detail the content of this cooperation, and let the students start preliminary discussion. The purpose of this collaboration is to combine the valid healthcare educational knowledge of I-Shou foreign interns and professional language skills of Wenzao students, so as to bring joy, impressive but also profound health education to pediatric patients and their guardians.

The collaboration will cover diverse health topics such as flu, enterovirus, gastroenteritis, asthma, etc. Pediatric patients are the most susceptible the external transmittable diseases. Therefore, professors and physicians from both schools really focus and train the students effectively so they can deliver better health education lessons to children of pediatrics.
