時間飛快一轉眼間就來到了生機勃發的5月，文藻的小螺絲釘們也不因為疫情停下傳愛到柬埔寨的腳步，繼上次與柬埔寨綠色陽傘執行長及Karuna Kumar School (KKS) 小學的老師們初步討論後，今日又再次透過視訊會議更加深入的了解對方需求、規劃線上課程與分享彼此教學經驗及方式等。

此次參與會議、集思廣義的人員有來自柬埔寨的綠色陽傘執行長Sokrath師父、KKS小學的Kim老師與Sam老師，及文藻USR團隊的廖俊芳教授、翁一珍教授、孫韵芳教授與陳泰良教授。

從會議中，我們了解到KKS學校的三大需求：講師培訓(Train the trainer)、線上課程的技術訓練（How to use the tech knowledge）、課程設計（Design the course），就此，文藻方面也提供了一些建議，例如：由文藻的學生和KKS的英文老師共同教導KKS的學生，讓三方透過這樣的機會場合一起教學相長；線上課程可以加入多媒體、遊戲等互動交流的元素，以補足線上課程因為距離而缺少交流的問題；未來希望能將服務對象從KKS學校擴展到綠色陽傘的所有項目裡，實現文藻在國際志工行動醫療的終極目標。

會議只有短短的一個小時，但是大家都非常踴躍的發言與討論，訊息量滿載、效率滿分；同樣的，USR計畫雖然只有短短的3年，但我們相信透過雙方長期的合作，建立彼此的友誼，終將服務深耕、大愛長存。

Time flies, it is now May. Wenzao USR WHC crews did not stop sending love to Cambodia because of COVID-19. After the initial discussion with Cambodia Green Umbrella CEO Mr. Sokrath, teachers from Karuna Kumar School (KKS) on April 28th about possible course plan, we continued with our discussion through zoom on May 5th to further understand their needs, planning online course and share teaching experience with each other. Green Umbrella CEO Mr. Sokrath, KKS elementary school Teachers, Kim and Sam from Cambodia and Professor Melody Liao, Janet Ong, Janny Sun and Tai Liag Chen from Wenzao USR participated in this meeting.

During the meeting on May 5th, we knew KKS have three major requests: first is to train the trainer, second is the techniques for teaching online course, third is course design. Based on these three requests, Wenzao proposed some recommendations, such as let the International student volunteers from Wenzao work with English teachers from KKS to teach students in KKS, this way they could be able to learn from each other. As for the online course, we suggested to integrate some multimedia、game or other interactive elements to compensate the lack of interaction due to online distance learning. In the future, we hope to extend the service from KKS to all other programs under Green Umbrella in order to fulfill Wenzao’s ultimate goal of Medical International Volunteer in action.

The meeting only lasted for an hour, but the discussions and information gathered were meaningful. Although the USR project is only for three years, we hope the relationships and friendships that we have developed could last forever.
