（高雄文藻外語大學）2019年暑假廖俊芳老師、黃翠玲老師、楊惠娥老師、梅馨云老師帶領了14位國際志工到柬埔寨服務, 在因緣際會下結識了GlobeMed at U of M, 當時就種下了希望文藻的學生能與美國的大學生一起共創今年暑假國際志工服務的教材，同時期待師生團隊們能有跨文化的交流及體驗。 經過寒假多次與密西根大學GlobeMed Director Madison Helm協調, 終於在台灣時間3/10(二) 早上10:00 (美國時間晚上10:00) 雙方透過Zoom初次以視訊的方式面對面互動。 首先由文藻外語大學USR團隊國際志工負責老師孫韵芳老師介紹團隊成員, 當日參與視訊的有翁一珍老師、季慕華老師、廖俊芳老師、梅馨云老師以及陳泰良老師，密西根大學有Madison及 Delasi。接著由廖俊芳老師介紹團隊計畫內容概況及目標，最後雙方以討論八月份到柬埔寨的規劃及合作方式作結並達成將於五月份安排與今年暑假赴柬埔寨的國際志工視訊。

During the summer of 2019, Melody, Sabina, Denise and Angie took 14 international volunteers to Cambodia and met the international volunteers from University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. At that Melody had thought to make to connection to let students from Wenzao and University of Michigan could work together to create the teaching materials for the international volunteer service this summer. Melody also hoped that the two teams could build cross-cultural communication and share the experiences from each other. Through many email communications with the Director of GlobeMed at University of Michigan Ann Arbor- Madison, Wenzao USR team finally meet with our partner fact to fact for the first time via Zoom Video Conference on March 10 at 10:00 am Taiwan time (10:00pm in Michigan). The conference was led by the International Volunteer Coordinator Yun-Fang Sun to introduce team members- Janet, Yolanda, Melody, Angie and Tai-Liang Chen. There are two members from University of Michigan participated in the conference- Director Madison Helms and Delasi. After getting to know each other, Melody from Wenzao USR and Maddison from GlobeMed at U of M briefly introduced their project and goal. At the end, both parties discussed about plans and future cooperation in Cambodian and made arrangement for another video conference with international volunteers who are going to Cambodia this summer.
