2019 柬埔寨國際志工第二次招募(Final Call)

一、計畫說明: 「溫暖白色巨塔的小螺絲釘－文藻國際志工共創就醫無障礙」USR社會實踐計畫，從文藻出發，結合鄰近文藻之醫療院所資源及跨校跨領域合作，並充份發揮文藻外語能力暨國際化的優勢，推動多國語國際醫療志工專業服務、創作多國語故事繪本及文宣品，以及執行第二年的國際志工服務，希冀共創「醫療無國界，就醫無障礙」的願景。本計畫藉由正式課程、非正式課程，以及專業服務，帶領文藻師生與社區/國際組織合作，以增進專業實務及職能，同時落實大學社會責任，增進學生服務社會的價值觀，培育世界公民的國際視野。 “The Tiny Screws of the White Tower – Wenzao International Volunteers for Borderless Medical Care Access” is a Wenzao-sponsored USR program that seeks to combine the bountiful resources of local medical institutions, with the multifaceted and specialized skillset of students at Wenzao University. The goal is to create an interscholastic platform that makes full use of the students’ broad spectrum of language skills and abilities. These students will then be given the unique opportunity to try their hand in the multidisciplinary world of international volunteer medical services. They will work to create an array of multilingual storybooks and texts, and will be instrumental in the implementation of the volunteer program’s second year. The hope is to help achieve the program’s overall vision of “medical care that is both accessible, and without borders”. 二、執行時間: Timeframe 預計2019年8月中上旬 (實際日期待確認後公布) The plan is expected to go into effect by mid-August (The actual date will be announced after final confirmation). 三、服務地點: Service Location 柬埔寨茶膠省村莊 Takéo Province in the southwest of Cambodia. 四、招募對象: Recruitment Targets 本校專科部4年級、大學部1-3年級學生，且具備良好的溝通表達、環境適應、團隊合作能力 The program is looking for people who are either in their 4th year of Five-Year Junior College Program, or in their 1th-3rd year of Four-Year Bachelor Program. Good communication skills, ability to adapt to new environments, and team working skills are highly recommended.
五、費用 Cost 1.旅費包括來回機票、住宿、膳食、交通、文化探索(金邊、暹粒、吳哥窟等地) Overall costs include round-trip airfare, accommodations, meals, transportation, as well as cultural expeditions to surrounding destinations such as Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, etc. 2.參與學生須自行負擔1萬元整，超過1萬元的部分將由學校及教育部USR補助 Students participating in the volunteer program will be required to pay a flat fee of 10,000. Any further remaining expenditure will be covered by the school, as well as the USR program itself. 五、國際志工任務: International Volunteer Tasks 1.協助醫療團隊當地村莊衛生教育宣導工作 Assist local medical teams to help promote health education in the village. 2.執行當地村莊學校衛生/環保教育主題營隊活動 Work with village schools to create camp activities revolving around health and environmental education. 3.執行當地村莊學校課後語言輔導課程活動 Partner with village schools to host after-school tutoring sessions. 六、必備條件(請附上佐證資料): Prerequisites: The following are required for admission, and any supporting or supplemental documents must be attached to your application. 參與校內或校外志工服務9小時以上 Have more than 9 hours of volunteer experience either on or off campus. 七、其他有利條件(請附上佐證資料) The following items are recommended, but not required. (Please attach any supporting documents). 1.修習過106(下)或107(上)1學分微型課程「商管專業服務學習：醫療服務行銷與管理」 Have taken either of the two school-sponsored mini-courses entitled “Business Management and Professional Services Studies: Medical Service Marketing and Management”(one credit) (#1062 or #1071). 2.具國際志工經驗 International volunteer experience. 3.具教學服務或營隊經驗 Experience in teaching, or organizing camps. 4.曾參加USR領導力先備營(2018年6月30-2018年7月2日) Participation in the USR Leadership Pilot Camp (held in 2018 from June 30th – July 2nd). 5.曾參加USR愛心園遊會攤位服務(2018年12月1日) Participation in the USR Love Garden Tour (held on December 1st, 2018). 八、評分標準: Grading Standard 1.書面資料審查(含自傳、履歷、相關佐證資料，例如歷年勤缺紀錄或獎懲紀錄). 40% A written review (autobiography, resume, and any relevant supplemental materials) 40%. 2.全英語面試 60% Full-English Interview. 60% 九、申請日期與方式: Application Method and Deadlines.

Z1208 十一、但書 Other Provisions 甄選錄取者，必須參加 107-2「國際專業服務領導」深碗課程（專業志工培訓課程），課程開設在星期二晚上，因故無法修課者，將取消國際志工參與資格。 Selected candidates will be expected to participate in the 107-2 Deep-Bowl Curriculum “International Service Learning and Leadership” (Professional Volunteer Training Course). The course is expected to be held on Tuesday evening , so applicants must adjust their schedules accordingly. Applicants who fail to participate in these courses will be automatically disqualified from participation in the international volunteer program.
