商管專業服務學習：醫療服務行銷與管理(二) INTEGRATED SERVICE-LEARNING IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: HEALTH CARE MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT (II)

暑假過得充實愉快嗎？就要開學了，老師想和你們推薦我們文藻-國際醫療志工USR團隊，精心規劃開設的唯一微型課程，請珍惜把握這跨領域學習、能夠站上國際舞台的好機會！

我們都知道服務學習是一種「從做中學」(Learning by doing)的學習方法，課程期待藉

由它能夠激發學生們的學習熱忱、領導力、甚至於問題解決的能力（soft skill)；同時又能善用文藻的語文優勢來幫助國際醫療服務需要的人，來善盡我們的社會責任；同時又能學習服務業行銷基本理論及跨文化溝通技巧。

課名為「商管專業服務學習:醫療服務行銷與管理（二）」，參加此課程的學生日後將有機會進入高榮醫院或義大醫院擔任醫療志工，甚至於2019年暑假有機會可以參加榮總的國際醫療移動團隊到柬埔寨擔任國際醫療志工。另外，還有一部分同學會進行外語衛教繪本的製作，同學將有機會運用自己研發的故事繪本，參與2019 年暑假國際志工服務，或將故事繪本授權給USR 團隊國際志工們服務使用。因此，我們將課程分為兩組：

1.有興趣外語繪本製作及翻譯醫療文宣，選課時請選代碼1769 2.有興趣擔任醫院志工，選課時請選代碼1256 註：沒有修過商管專業服務學習:醫療服務行銷與管理（一）的同學，可以直接修（二）的課程，沒有順序問題）。

Hi, everyone!

Did you have a wonderful and enjoyable time in the summer vacation? The school semester will begin soon. We, USR team, would like to recommend you very well designed courses called Micro courses. Please whole-heartedly take part in this cross-disciplinary learning. This is a good opportunity to stand on the international stage.

We all know that service learning is a learning method of “learning by doing”. The course is expected to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, leadership, and even the ability to solve problems (soft skill). At the same time, the students can make good use of the advantage of language to help those in need of international medical services to fulfill our social responsibilities and also they can learn the basic theory of service marketing and cross-cultural communication skills.

The faculty team of USR (University Social Responsibility) has two Service Learning Micro courses for upcoming semester.

Class Date: 9/19、10/13、10/27、11/10、12/15、1/5 Class Time: 9/19(Wednesday 15:10—18:00), 10/13、10/27、11/10、12/15、1/5 (Saturday 9:00—12:00) Credit: 1 Course Name: “Professional Service Learning of Business Administration: Medical Service Marketing and Management II”

For those who take this course will be offered opportunities to serve as volunteers in Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital or E-Da Hospital, or to join the International Medical Team from Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital and serve as International medical volunteers in Cambodia during the 2019 summer vacation. For those who take the course and focus on composing and creating Picture Books on medical-related topics in foreign languages might have the chance to use self-created Picture Books and join the 2019 Summer International Volunteer Services. If you cannot make it for the International Volunteer Services in 2019, you may authorize your work to be used by the International Volunteer team.

There are two tracks for you to choose from:

If you are interested in PICTURE BOOK & TRANSLATION OF MEDICAL TEXT, please select the course code 1769.
If you are interested in going to the hospital as a volunteer, please select the course code 1256. Note: If you didn’t take “Professional Service Learning of Business Administration: Medical Service Marketing and Management (I),” it’s okay to take (II); there is no sequence problem or prerequisite requirements.

We sincerely welcome those who are interested in serving and learning to take the course!
